1. How do I know what size bracelet to order?

Take a cloth measure tape and measure your wrist snuggly. To that measurement add 1” for an adults and ½” for a child’s bracelet. If you don’t have a tape measure available you can use this general size chart:





Please make sure to order the correct size. There is a $8.00 per strand re-stringing fee.

2. How long will it take to receive my purchase?

All jewelry is custom made upon payment and generally take 7-12 business days to ship. If you need your order ASAP please contact us before placing an order to see if we can accommodate your needs.

3. What types of materials do you use in your designs?

We only use the finest materials in all our designs. All the beads, findings and alphabet blocks are sterling or bali silver (Never ever silver plated) We only use genuine Swarovski crystals and freshwater pearls cats eye glass beads. Jewelers wire is used for lasting durability.

4. Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! We enjoy nothing more than working with our customers to get the perfect “one of a kind” piece of jewelry you were dreaming about!

5. What is your return policy?

Because each piece is customs made to your specifications we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. If there is a defect please e-mail us within 4 days of receipt. We will happily either repair, replace or exchange your item.

6.Do you guarantee your jewelry?

All of our designs are guaranteed for 30 days from purchase. After 30 days a restringing and a possible replacement fee will apply.

7.How do I clean my jewelry?

The best way to clean your jewelry is with a polishing cloth. Do not use a liquid jewelry cleaner as it does remove the finish on the bali beads and damages the luster on the pearls. Do not use any household chemicals on your jewelry as it is also very damaging.

8. Will my bracelet look exactly like the photo?

The bracelets on the site are made in the most common sizes-6~8 years for the child bracelets, medium for the womens. Because your bracelet may be smaller or larger than those sizes the will be a slight variation but the basic design will be the same.
